We are so happy to welcome Dr. Chris Triola to the CVC team!
He will make a wonderful addition and we are excited for you all to meet him. Dr. Triola earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University, located on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts, West Indies, in 2007. He completed his clinical year of study at Washington State University. After 11 years of practice within the Chicagoland area and the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Triola has found himself back home in Chicago and is looking forward to reconnecting and building new relationships with the South Elgin area and the pets therein.
Dr. Triola’s professional interests include internal medicine, dentistry, geriatric care and preserving the Human-Animal bond. Dr. Triola is also a fear-free certified practitioner. His focus is to take the “pet out of petrified” and “put the treat into treatment.” This fear-free approach helps ensure pet owners are helping pets live happy, healthy and full lives. “Our pets are part of our families, and deserve to be treated as such, so I respect and understand the close bond that exists between them and their owners. I am proud to be able to offer the highest caliber of medicine, what I would want for my family, to the four-legged members of yours.”
When not at work, Dr. Triola can be found staying active by either hiking, running, or doing yoga. He also enjoys restoring antique furniture and spending time in the kitchen with his partner Katie, where they do their best to keep their two dogs, Grandpa Rossy and Opal, from begging for delicious samples of their kitchen creations.
